I AM SO SO SO SUPER TIRED today.
ARGH.Work is killing me.System kinda shut down at 9:30pm & I decided to head home straightLuckily mummy had some leftover meatballs soup.Erena girl mentioned about her failure in making tiramisu last night.HA! Duh. Like where got that easy de. But her team is pretty cool to hang out after work to learn doing that..Wanted to meet him to pass back his stuff, but couldnt make it after all.Anyway, he had to give an attitude response, so I guess I shall just forget about it. Hmm, people always used to say..'still be good frens after...' Well, I think it doesnt work at all for him. I tried but seems like we can nv be like the same ever again.The only thing I've regretted..I lost him as a bestie.*Learning to trust & have faith in relationships again*

Long day!Fetch daddy back with Sis early in the morning. Hes much better, at least I felt part of my prayers coming true a little :) Wow, it been exactly a month mann.Got home around 12, then headed town with Sis for our New Year shopping. Hehs. Most satisfied about my new hair clip. Its so lovely I fell in love with it at first sight! Grabbed it on the spot. Sis wanted to get tops but ended up purchasing dresses. Haha. Shes so puzzled why this happened. I managed to get a formal office jacket & another casual red top -may this boost my luck :)Some others we got are toiletries & her eye bag concealer. Wahhh, she look terrible mann. She sleeps more than me but got such heavy eye bags/dark rings! wahahaha. Hmm, okays...Karma is working very hard nowadays, better not laugh at her too much..hehs.Didnt managed to join my poly mates for afterdinner drinks today. Hmm, not many turn up as well..wonder whens the next gathering. Excited about Erena's new hairdo! Haha. Wonder what that silly girl came up with this time round. Ha. Shall meet her for coffee/desserts soon :)*Legs are aching after all the walking mann*
Awful dayNever had such a awful week in my life before. Issues appeared at work yesterday AGAIN. We missed a event's deadline & seems like the financial impact on this is quite significant. I am still trying to figure out why I raised the query in Nov but couldnt find the notification email.ARGHH. This is so killing me. But this has something that got to do with the IT/system, since our reports didnt capture this event for the past 2 months at all.Hopefully they could find the cause & prevent this from happening going forward.Sis wanted to meet me after work for groceries' shopping but cancelled at the very last minute. Luckily I was cropped up at work too. Left around 8plus & headed home to stone b4 meeting rock to browse chinatown together.Chinatown was super boring. Definitely not what I imagined it to be! hmm, I wondered what happened to the crowd & stalls. Managed to recognise one uncle from last year! hehs. One funny incident of the day though, Rock was fated to step right on this sticker that describes him so well.Silly thing! Ha! Like seriously, how in the earth could this thing appear in the middle of the road at chinatown???We decided to head to Loyang temple for our new year prayer. Its my first time there. Followed Rock sequence of prayers & something fruitful learnt for the day.Sweet of him to bring me around, like from one end of the island to another. Enjoyed the breeze & peace on the roads. Had a soundful sleep upon reaching home :)

SteamboatGot the sudden craving for steamboat! Dragged leo & rocky out for dinner yesterday at bugis chong qing.
Surprisingly we didnt have a hard time waiting for a table.Guess many didnt wana have this since nxt week they could have this for all they want.
Rushed my work & speed off to meet them around 9..then after desserts at ah chew stall.
The coffee custard still managed to melt my heart till now :) Gonna look up for the recipe & get people to be my guinea pig.hehs.
Decided not to join Ade, Julie & gang at the chalet. It was alrdy so late & thinking of the difficulties heading home after that dreads me from going. But quite upset I missed this chance to catch up with them..Supposedly gonna join them at Cova to work part-time on weekends. But contract is involved & my current company dont allow me to hold a second job. Argh, hope Frances can handle well herself since Ade is going back to studies already.

BAD DAY AT WORK.
I truly understood & experience a series of unfortunate events today. Urgh. Totally monday blues....& indeed I wore blue today -__-

Forgot to set the alarm last night & I jumped when Mummy called my hp to confirm if I got up.
Hurried off after a quick shower & cabbed to redhill station (ya..although its a 1min ride. But spending $4 is better than $13 with all the ERPs +Peak surcharge travelling to One Raffles Quay)

Reached work! Went to pour my cereal & settled down to clear the emails. A half day absence on Fri noon almost burst my inbox..urgh.

The morning started off hectic & hasty with all settlment issues & liability to send instructions.
Extended deadlines doesnt seem to help much though.

Decided tt I needed some air & a walk, so went down to old market with boss to pack for everyone. The fishball uncle loves the sight of us! But not the hungry peeps queuing right behind us.Hehs. So today, its a solid 8packs of fishball beehoon soup. Hmm, I think 1/2 of us have this almost EVERYDAY. (for the past 1 yr I know them? hahaha) Gonna steal his recipe 1 day & set up a stall when I almost reached retirement :)

Back to hectic work again. This time round even more happenings. Email requests popped in non-stop from everyone asking about every issues. Incoming requests all happened to fall under my category of securities. That evil polar bear colleague of mine kept laughing at my unluckiness. Anyway, I am glad he helped out a little.

Had a great brunch today at Fullerton Hotel. We all assume this is the only bonus tt we are getting from the company. Hmmm..its definitely pleasant of cuz.
The spread was a so-so, but the seafood was a killer. N with all the free flow champagne! All got so crazy by 3pm. Jaimye Ah Pui was a gone case..had to end up puking in the ladies..& she still had the intention to drive home & send me! Eventually this all didnt happen fortunately.
Had about 4glasses of champagne w a frozen margherita..Surprising I could take this amt of alcohol w/o going bonkers. Hehs. On the other hand, my eileen twin kept wanting to fall asleep while eating..
Did a crazy thing after tt. Went fusion to swim! Realised I need to keep myself awake. & it truly worked. Today I wanted to arrange a cycling session with Erena, but forgot about this company lunch. And she tried all sorts of means to persuade me about cancelling it. I think she did the right thing. Definitely gonna keep falling during the cycle, given the amt of alcohol consumption. Hehs. Next next wk k girl :) Celebrated Xuemei's 21st at Jurong Chevron Chalet yesterday. Met many kids! --> Xm manager's kids+nephews+nieces..woah..her family is huge mann.N Cindy almost killed them.Poon on the other hand kept emphasizing on bearing kids & having chalets like this in the NEAR future. Gosh.Glad to catch up a little with Junhong with his girl..disappointed tt we couldnt get to meet up with Guorong..he gotta be activated in camp & couldnt be there. N silly dione thought the party is nxt sat! so happened tt she had training yesterday.The rest didnt change much though..hmmm.
Went for the SIM talk on fri..still deciding btw SIM or SAA. Gonna go for the SAA talk this wed, & compare the prices blah blah. Have to make a decision fast! Choice is certain: UOL Accounting & Finance.
Look forward to this fri---> Suppposedly TFO2 gathering. Hopefully everyone is able to make it.
